We’ve had a great first day at Restaurant and Bar Tech Live sharing with the many visitors who came to our stand how Real Point can help them “Feed the Social Media Monster”. We’ve also had a few moments to take a peek at some of the other stands and pick up some great ideas for improving and reinvigorating the customer experience for bars and restaurants to ensure that your customers are creating buzz on social media.

And it’s getting to be even better as Ian O’Donnell MBE our MD will be sharing his tips for cafes, bars, restaurants and hotels on how to grow customer loyalty and bring more people through your doors through carefully crafted online marketing.
