Ian O’Donnell MBE is a highly experienced business consultant with a deep background in business strategy, marketing, and digital transformation. As a non-executive director at the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), Ian has spent years helping businesses of all sizes achieve success, with a special focus on fostering growth within the West Midlands and beyond.

In addition to his work with the FSB, Ian served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Coventry University, where he helped businesses utilize technology and online marketing to accelerate their growth. Ian worked closely with entrepreneurs to ensure they could leverage digital tools to improve efficiency, expand their reach, and drive business success.

Ian also served as a Lecturer on Business Growth, Online & Social Media Marketing in the Faculty of Business and Law at Coventry University, where he provided students with practical insights into the world of business growth and digital marketing.
