Real Point were recently asked and accepted the opportunity to sponsor a Tag Rugby tournament which was being started at Balsall Common Primary School with four schools from across the Solihull area.
Today, I had the privilege of going along to the first event and presenting the awards. Watching the youngsters play was a real lesson in how we should act in life, they worked well together as a team, they encouraged each other, they played fairly and listened to and respected the referee, they celebrated victories and didn’t crow over those they beat. There’s a lesson for all of us in our businesses there, so if you want to learn some lessons for your business and life, see how you can get involved in your local school.
